When you sign in with Discord, we receive and store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
When an organization is disbanded, all associated data (inventories, activity logs, blueprints, marketplace listings, and messages) is permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. If you leave an organization, your membership is removed but marketplace listings and activity history may be retained.
Organizations with no user activity for 60 days may be automatically deleted along with all associated data. This helps keep the platform clean and ensures resources are available for active groups.
